My name is Louis Labonte and I’m an ISSA CPT with 9 years of professional experience in training and certified as a nutritionist.
In 2010 , before I become a fitness trainer , I was obese along with diabetes type 2 and at that time I did not take that matter serious at hands until one day I was sitting in couch and I felt my heart is pounding with a heavy breathing signs and suddenly I realized that I had a major stroke .
During that time I was 230 pound and quite be honest I thought that my life will stop at this point and I did not know what the next step to live an healthy life due to my complications.
Luckily one day , one of my friend who know about my issues was introduced me to one of the top fitness experts by name Jimstoppany.com to follow up some fitness training program via online .
Since after all my life and health got better and I starting to learn my fitness knowledge and expertise start to grow by learning different workout mechanisms, training system and goals, dieting .
When it comes to fitness know one can beat me in that categories and I do make sure that I read and study tone of article about fitness program, proper training design to implement on my self and on others .
I will apply the same methods that I learned throughout my experience in training and along working with others to provide into your training l .

My responsibility as your personal trainer is to find the right training program that fit your overall goal and also correct all the exercise form in order to prevent any type of pain and injuries .

Louis has been great so far. I have never really worked out before outside of going on the treadmill or the elliptical. I was initially very nervous about working with a trainer not knowing what to expect. Louis made me feel very comfortable from the time I met him. He asked about my specific goals and has me focusing on exercises that will help me with my goal. He explains each exercise and the areas of the body it is for. He pushes me to do more and I actually enjoy working out now because of him.

I recommend Louis. I have been training with him for two weeks. He is professional and I’ve never felt uncomfortable training with him. He is very observant and intuitively works with me on my strengths and weaknesses. He is very versatile on training and it’s never boring and always challenging. I’m relatively fit so he caters to what my needs are and I feel that he tailors my workout to fit my goals.
