About Me

Hi, my name is Daniel. I am a council member for Men's Health Magazine as well as member of Omaha Chamber of Commerce. I use my own personal metamorphosis as encouragement to my clients, which I consider family. My own personal results gave me an enormous appetite to challenge and equip others with the drive to defeat adversity. I strive to push each client above their goals by creating programs and plans that will help expand dexterity, coordination, and resilience. I specialize in body building, strength and conditioning, metabolic conditioning, cycling, and Lifestyle Fitness.
