About Me

What's up everyone out there! I'm Vaughn --- I've been a personal trainer for about 3 years now and it's my passion to see the fire behind people's eyes when they reach their goals. I've been around athletics all my life. Started off with baseball real young and then chose to play basketball instead where I was blessed enough to play at the Division-1 level. There is where my work ethic around fitness and what it can do to not only change your body but change your mind!

Some of my specialties include body weight training, calisthenics, strength and conditioning, and mind-body focus. I have a certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I am CPR/AED certified through Red Cross as well. I also have a certification in Breathwork through YogaBody as I believe that so much can be achieved through breathing itself!
