About Me

I am Tulei (Fayah), co-owner and head personal trainer of my company Fayah Fit. I am a certified personal and group fitness trainer. I was born and raised in Hawai'i and now reside in the Kansas City area. I live a very active lifestyle doing everything from Martial Arts to Polynesian Cultural Dance. I've worked with people of all ages, body types and ailments. Providing a fun and effective workout for you to reach your goals. I am mobile and can come to a place of residence or provide a mutual location for us both. So whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, prepare for a wedding or special occasion or train for an event, I got you covered!

Clients can expect a fun environment where safety, proper form and positivity are priority. All clients should expect training sessions that are centered around their personal needs. I will provide a specific layout of our workout program and upon request provide information on proper eating and supplementation. - John M., 37, 6'3 weighed 452 pounds, morbidly obese with a laundry list of health issues. Within 6 months of training (which included a life/diet change and supplementation) with the Fayah Fit team has lost 151 pounds! Our goal is for John to lose another 80 pounds within the next 6 months. Nika T., 37, 5'1 and weighed 150 pounds. After recently giving birth to her 2nd child Nika was looking to get back to her natural weight of 120 pounds. With a family to raise and a busy schedule we designed a customized circuit training workout that focused on the areas Nika needed the most attention. Allowing her to live life on her terms and still have time to workout we added a specific daily calorie amount and a supplementation program. In 12 weeks Nika exceeded her goal weight coming in at 116 pounds on scale, with a low body fat margin of 13.5%.

- Carey I., 28, 5'10 weighed 130 pounds. Carey desired to build muscle while staying lean. After a physical/dietary assessment, I decided to place Carey on a high calorie diet that included high intensity training (HIT) combined with strength training with 80% of his 1 rep max. Within 12 weeks Carey now weighs 137 pounds and 11.25% body fat. Our goal is for Carey to reach 145 pounds within the next 6 months, while keeping his body fat under 15 %.
