About Me

Hi, my name is Stephanie! I am a certified traditional personal trainer with additional accredited certifications in autism fitness Silver Sneakers (senior fitness), balance and mobility and nutrition. However, I train all populations!

My approach to sessions is to be very supportive and encouraging. I am open to discussing and adjusting our sessions based on your needs and ability level as they will change over time. I really want you to succeed and look at us as a team that is working together to help you reach your goals!

My areas of focus/clients right now tend to be women currently pregnant and post-partum, people new to the gym and/or returning to a fitness program, seniors, as well as children and adults with disabilities. I also have a few clients looking to get fit for upcoming events.

I am no pressure, no hassle. You can do one or one hundred sessions. Let me show you how I can help you! Please email me for updated schedule as it varies. What to Expect

First, a thorough discussion of your background and goals. I will then institute a customized exercise program based on your individual needs. No two clients will have the same program, so there is not a “typical” session AND no two sessions of yours will be the same. I use all types of equipment and different exercises to keep in interesting and effective. I spend lots of time keeping on top of trends and continuing education. I will not spend your sessions doing typical cardio equipment that you could use on your own; instead I will educate and empower you with the knowledge and support needed to reach your goals.
You decide how many sessions you'd like...I work with trial, short and long term. My style is to guide and educate my clients so they feel comfortable and confident in any exercise setting.

I utilize strength training, cardio and active stretching, all which can be done online or in-person (indoor or outdoor). No equipment needed! I will provide lots of equipment or utilize what you already have at home.

I had a difficult time choosing a trainer, but I'm so glad I landed on Stephanie. She is a fabulous trainer. She did a nice job of tailoring her session to be challenging for me but not impossible. She also clearly knows what she's doing as she was in shape and could easily demonstrate the different exercises. I also liked that she offers video sessions and the option for in-person training.

She never made me feel weak or silly (some prior trainers I've had experiences with tend to try to shame you). I didn't get any sense of that from Stephanie. Instead, she was supportive and encouraging. She also was receptive to tailoring her lesson plan to meet my goals. This was more of a collaborative experience than I've had with any other trainer. Well done Stephanie! You're a true gem. And to boot, you're rates are incredibly reasonable!
