About Me
Hi, my name is Richard. Originally from the UK, I've worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years on both sides of the Atlantic. I have a bachelor degree in Biology & Sports Science and hold a number of international training and coach certifications. With me, fitness will be both fun and challenging.
What to Expect
It really depends on the clients goals. No two sessions are the same. Sessions are planned over a training period to achieve specific targets meaning some sessions might be endurance or strength base, others cardio based and some a combination of the two.
