About Me
I am a personal trainer in the Kansas City, MO area. I have been training for about 6 months, however fitness has been my lifestyle for years. I specialize in powerlifting and bodybuilding, however I revolve each client's program around their own specific goals. I also can provide meal prep and nutrition information.

Stretching, at least six exercises for the body part being trained (varies by client), additional tips and advice.

A client I am currently training came to me just a few weeks ago. This client is 6'0" and weighs 130. He races BMX professionally and wants to put on lean muscle mass so he has more power during his races. By setting up an exercise and meal plan, this client has gained 10 pounds of lean mass in just three weeks. And we are still going!
