About Me
Hey I am Moustafa I’am a graduate student from focus personal training school I’ve gained a lot of experience working in multiple gyms and I am specialized in strength and conditioning, performance training, and weight loss.
What to Expect
Typical training session with a client usually I tell him or her what muscles we are working on today explain if necessary the reasoning why we are doing a certain exercise and what muscle we are targeting and by the end of the session I will hand him or her a program, so the client will be able to work by him or herself on the days I won’t see them , and every month will do a re assement to assure the client is making progress and to write a new program or achieve a different health/ fitness goal.
