About Me
HI, my name is Mirage. I am a USAF veteran and I have been a personal trainer since 2013. I have competed in 5 bodybuilding competitions and i cater to the individuals that work 10-12 on average at their 9-5 jobs. The ones that would like to make a life style change but feel they don't have the time to eat properly and get enough daily exercise in. I specialize in time management, building simple and effective regimens for my clients so they don't have to worry about figuring it out themselves. Guidance and consistency is all the motivation anyone should need.
What to Expect
They will expect a custom workout regimen that is not too easy but also not too hard. I will push you but it will be a good push. My clients will realize they are always stronger, faster and have more endurance than they realize.
