About Me

My name is Luke aka Luca Brassy and I've been training in some form for over 20 years. My areas have included functional training, boxing, wrestling, weight loss, HIIT, power lifting, Olympic lifting and much more. I'm unique among many trainers in the sense that I come from a weight loss background. At 16, I was a champion power lifter, but weighed over 260 lb. By the time I was 17, I had lost over 70lb and now stay between 170-180 lb year round. I understand what goes into a lifestyle change, which is ultimately what fitness is about. I am currently certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and also have 2 special certifications through them; Corrective Exercise Specialist and Group Exercise Specialist.

A client can expect a full workout completely tailored to their capabilities and fitness level. Be prepared to work, learn and have fun! POW!

I trained Mary Beth at Gold's Gym for the Body Transformation Challenge a few years back. Extraordinary personal trainer versed in both one on one and group training for over 20 years. I’ve been a personal training client of his for 11 years. In the first year Or so that I worked with Luke I lost 81 lbs 16 inches and 14% body fat will not forget those numbers...I went from a 46% BMI to 29%..I had 2 babies gaining all of my weight back by each delivery and each time Luke was right there reaching out to to help me get back to being the best version of myself.
