About Me

Hi, my name is Logan. I train men and women to achieve health & fitness transformations through a combination of personal training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. I began training clients in 2010 as a certified personal trainer and currently own a personal training business based in Greenwood: Summit Fitness Transformations. I train clients in my home studio, and I travel to clients' homes in the Southeast Kansas City Metro area. I specialize in helping individuals who prefer private 1:1 sessions and are serious about committing to transforming their health and fitness for the better. My services include fitness training, exclusive nutrition app access, and a comprehensive lifestyle assessment to ensure maximum results.

What to Expect

I utilize a variety of tools to ensure exercise effectiveness while preventing stagnation. A typical session may include a combination of bodyweight movements, free weights, and resistance bands based on the location of the training session. I am very experienced training clients with little or no prior history of exercise, and I will coach you to make sure you are moving safely and effectively.

Logan got me started remotely 3 weeks ago, and I already feel better! He has helped reshape my eating habits, he holds me accountable, I feel really comfortable with him. He has helped me set up a wonderful workout routine that I’m able to do at home for now. I plan to schedule time to check out his in home studio and book him for jog alongs when it warms up!
