About Me
mother of four and a grandmother of three. My journey started as an overweight child/teenager overcoming many obstacles trying all the fad diets and quick fixes only to learn that slow and steady wins the race. I spent 20 years in EMS and always had a passion for fitness and teaching those what I know. I decided to pursue that dream full-time. I want people to feel healthy, be healthy and look healthy and it can be done and I will help you reach your goal of a healthy lifestyle.
What to Expect
A client can expect me to be with them every step of the way and to feel comfortable -- that's why I offer in-home training (my home or yours -- I have plenty of equipment) and when the weather's nice we move it outdoors. You don't have to be on a treadmill or in the gym for hours. I want you to have fun, not to feel like it's a chore. I will teach you a new way of experiencing what your body can do and make sure you're following proper form. I provide a well-rounded program for the best possible results, and at the end of the session I want you to think, "Wow, it's over already?!"
