About Me

I believe fitness is a lifestyle, not something you do. There is something for everyone, so you need to find what you enjoy, what your body responds to, and stick with it. Working out should be fun, and every workout should leave you energized. I started as a massage therapist, and used my knowledge to develop as a trainer. I've been a trainer in several big clubs as well as a manager, but my passion is working privately with clients who are truly serious about their health.

What to Expect

Every training session will be different and will build from the previous one. You will sweat and push hard, and will feel energized when you are through.
