About Me

“Health is Wealth” is more than just a saying to me. Exercise is something that everyone needs in order to live a productive, healthy lifestyle. There are many services or products offered by businesses and companies that don’t offer as much as an overall benefit to ones life that personal training does. This is why I truly enjoy what I do, simply helping others. Graduating from Kean University with a B.S. in exercise science along with being a certified exercise physiologist, I provide tremendous knowledge to anyone looking to change their life for the better. I hold experience and provide services working with the general population, athletes of various ages/levels, cardiac rehab patients, the elderly, and those with chronic health conditions. Whether it’s a seasoned athlete or an individual not knowing where to begin, I am here to fill that gap you are missing and fulfill your health and fitness goals!

What to Expect

From a typical training session a client can expect progress, plain and simple. Whether it is learning how the body moves, a new exercise, or just progress reaching toward their fitness and health goals. Part of our training session might be more of a learning experience, while other portions I will push and motivate you to do and be the best you can to reach those goals. Work will always be accomplished at a progressive pace and I make sure you get the most out of each session to reach those goals!
