Great job building consistency with daily squats but it appears you’re body is not responding well.

Our take? If it hurts, don’t do it. There are many possible culprits, but here are two things to start with.

First, make sure you’re using great from (like this: https://www.bornfitness.com/squat-form/).

Second, lower the volume (sets x reps) you’re doing. Start with maybe 25 a day and see if that causes pain. You might need to give your body more of a runway to adjust to higher reps.

For two and half weeks, every other day, I was able to 40-50 squat but I have done it in set/rep (1 set, rep 20, twice ). However, doing the last week, the pain in my thigh started to hurt so bad that I stop completely. The pain lasted for two weeks. Now every time I try to do a squat, 1 set, rep 20, the side of the thigh will burn and I have to sit down and massage my thighs and wait two days for recovery.
