About Me
Hi, my name is Glenn. A young ambitious college student, studying physical therapy. I love to train and challenge my body I think it is important to overcome challenges both physical and mental. I have been training myself since high school and now enjoy helping others train/challenge their bodies. My ultimate goal is to make the gym as enjoyable as possible for my clients while taking them through a multi-dimensional workout.
What to Expect
A client can expect a training session to be designed to tailor both their current physical condition and their ultimate goal of fitness. I incorporate multiple styles of training into my sessions for the most well-rounded results. However, I ultimately like to find what my clients enjoy the most in the gym and design my programs accordingly.

I have trained a handful of clients mostly family and friends in the past and got some amazing results, it wasn't until recently that I decided to get licensed as a physical trainer to make my hobby into a profession.
