About Me

When I began my freshman year of college I had no idea what to do when it came to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I was no longer dancing 30 hours a week, and I didn't have my mom to cook my healthy dinners for me, and this took a toll on my body. I gained 20 pounds in a few short months of never walking into a gym and following a diet of chicken cheddar wraps and mac n cheese.
After my first year, I decided I needed a change and hired a personal trainer. Those 20 pounds fell off easily and I was in better shape than I had ever been. Not only that, but I absolutely loved working out with my trainer. She made the workouts challenging, but fun! I looked forward to every training session. She even helped teach me how to create my own programs, so eventually I could continue my workouts without needing her help.

3 years later and here I am- in the best shape of my life, absolutely in LOVE with fitness and nutrition, and having the time of my life helping others who were in my same position. My passion has always been to help people, and helping people by boosting their confidence and improving their way of live is something I will never be able to stop.
