About Me
I have managed a nonprofit program for at-risk youth for 12 years. I have a bachelors degree from Penn State in Rehabilitation. I received my accreditation from NASM to be a certified personal trainer in 2015 and and have been passionate and involved in fitness since I was a teenager.
