About Me

Growing up on the east coast of Sicily, I naturally followed a fit lifestyle. My mom was a Power Lifter- she was literally a beast in the gym. My uncle was a professional incline speed skater, and currently a professional cyclist. I've trained in Yoga and weight training since I was 13 years old, learning proper strengthening techniques from the best. Today, I train a varying clientele with different needs: Weight Loss, Weight Gain, Triathletes, Prenatal, Postnatal, Total Body Awareness, Resistance, TRX, Martial Arts, Speed & Agility, Pilates and Yoga, and General Fitness.

What to Expect

Sessions will vary based on the program I design to reach your individual goals. We'll combine resistance training, with Pilates mat for core strengthening, super-sets for cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics for more advanced athletes, and circuit training for a full body integrative workout.
