About Me

I am a Brooklyn native who loves training and expand my knowledge of the fitness world. Being passionate about fitness and its lifestyle allows me to be open-minded in developing changes into my life, not just from a physical but a mental standpoint too. Although being involved from a young age in Shotokan Karate, being on a high school football team, and played soccer growing up, Summer 2013 was a lifechanging moment when I took fitness as a lifestyle seriously, learning the technical language and understanding different training methods that even today I continue to learn and develop the craft of fitness. Diving deep into the many elements of fitness gives me the opportunity to not only reach my goals but to surpass them. I hope to continue to do what I love and being a positive influence for anyone that needs the service to reach their goals.

What to Expect

With the client, I will ask them how was their day to see where they are at mentally, then start them off with pre-warmup, making sure their muscles are up and ready to get through the session, go over any soreness they have so active stretching can be done. Then the session depending on the client can range up to 45 mins to an hour. After that, give them coaching tips and pointers to look out for to work on, on their own, and remind them of recovery outside the gym.

Client Success Story

A client I have, she was 285lbs and in a 2 year period, I have kept her committed mentally and physically in her journey to get to her goal weight which is 175lbs. Now she is pushing even harder to get to 165lbs and she participates with the powerlifting team at her local gym to become a powerlifter.

Because of helping her get to her goal weight and learning on the go (because it was very new for me) with every session myself, I've invested a lot of time into learning about the body (still learning of course) and it had even given me experience into being more than just a trainer but a mentor to assisting anybody with fitness goals and objectives to be motivated to put in the work!!!
